Jeremy Langford chose to join the Ravens’ practice squad after getting cut by the Chicago Bears early last week because of a greater possibility of playing here than with any other team. Turns out the running back’s chance might come sooner than expected. With Danny Woodhead expected to miss at least the next four weeks because of a left hamstring injury suffered in Sunday’s 20-0 rout of the Cincinnati Bengals, Langford could be in line for a promotion to the active roster. “It’s an opportunity,” Langford, 25, said after Wednesday’s practice. “Even when Danny was here, I was looking at it as an opportunity, a second chance especially after being released.
