It’s been a tough week for the PR world. Pepsi released what may be the most tone-deaf ad in the history of advertisement. United inadvertently created an ad of their own, after footage of a man being violently forced off the plane (due to “overbooking”) was recorded by other passengers.  So, what did we learn from these disasters?
